Elf on the Shelf: Day 17

This morning Mommy Willis woke up to find that

Buddy had a little fun on her desk last night.... 

He made a rope out of the stale Twislers and went 

Bungee Jumping....  

He put a bunch of post it notes with jokes and sayings for

Grant like "You're Awesome" 

Unfortently, when Grant woke up he threw a

huge temper tantrum when he was getting dressed....

By the time we finally got done getting him dressed, 

he discovered that Buddy didn't like all the yelling and had left.... 

But, lucky for him.. 

Buddy didn't go very far!

As soon as Grant started acting nicer.... 

Buddy came back!

After Lunch, he discovered Buddy had moved to his desk....

Buddy must have known Mommy Willis wanted

access to her computer! 

When I turned my computer on.... we also discovered

that our Silly Elf put his picture as my background!

What a silly, silly elf! 

Elf on the Shelf: Day 12

Our silly elf was having a blast last night!

He created a zip line in our living room! 

Looks like he is having fun!

What a silly silly elf! 

Grant couldn't stop laughing...

He thinks Buddy is the best Elf ever. 

What will Buddy do next? 

Elf on the Shelf: Day 6

Grant was feeling 100% better thanks 

to our essential oil friends,

 On Guard, Breathe, Majoram and Thyme

We decided to make Buddy some

 homemade peppermint brownies

We used Ghirardelli chocolate 

and doTERRA Peppermint Essential Oil

We thought they were super delicious....

...and apparently so did Buddy! 

Buddy was so happy that he brought 

back all of Lil' Willis toys...

He also took the time to send an 

awesome message to him via crayons

You're Welcome, Buddy!

Our silly elf made quit the mess gobbling up

all that peppermint goodness! 

Lil' Willis found his elf friend pretty fast today...

He was busy looking at all the commotion 

Everything was fine and normal!

We were getting our picture with him pointing at Buddy

AND THEN IT HAPPENED....

*dramatic gasp*

Grant touched Buddy....

and we got it all on camera!

This is a no-no...

If a human touches our magical Elf, he looses all his power!

If he looses his power, he can't fly back to the North Pole 

and report to Santa if Grant has been Naughty or Nice! :(

Fortunetely, it was only a tap...

We let Grant know that his elf's magic was draining

If he was an extra good boy the rest of the day Buddy

would be able to fly home to Santa to get all better

When we came back from grocery shopping later in the day

Buddy had used a little bit of magic to fly high

so that Lil' Willis didn't take any more of his power

Unfortunately for Grant, the complete 

melt down he had at the grocery store...

one of the biggest fits ever 

recorded in the history of all fits....

wasn't helping Buddy regain his magic!

Unless this day gets better....

Mommy Willis is pretty certain Buddy

 will not be flying back to the North Pole tonight! 

Elf on the Shelf: Day 4

A couple days ago Grant was throwing his plane around 

and almost broke his wing, so I put it up for a little while...

Well, our silly Elf found out about that 

and decided to take the plane for a little ride....

He landed on top of the fridge...

but that wasn't all.....

Buddy left Grant a note next to his bed...

all of his little people from his manger scene 

gathered around to see what is said!

Buddy is holding Lil' Willis plane ransom...

turns out he has a sweet tooth and 

is taking advantage of the situation...

That silly Elf! 

Grant found the note right away....

he finally found Buddy about mid-day....

He was very excited when he found him!

We all get such a kick out of that little Elf! 

Until tomorrow.... 

Elf on the Shelf: Day 3

Look what our little Buddy was up to last night! 

This is how we found him this morning! 

He decided to go for a little ride...

He even got our monkey, RJ, to join in on the mischief!  

Lil' Willis got a kick out of his silly Buddy! 

However, Tiny Willis (our chihuahua, Zoey) was a little freaked out....

But that is normal. 

This is how we found Buddy when we went back a little later....

He is a little dare devil! 

... I wonder what this silly Elf will come up with next!
